    Care First Direct, Membership for Uninsured Patients, 11/1/2020

    Pay one monthly membership fee and qualify for discounted pricing on in-house procedures and contracted lab work. Need sick and wellness care for the whole family? We can cover all household members and qualifying dependents (12 years & up) with the same address on a valid ID and give a 15% discount.

    Testing for COVID-19, 2020 Update

    If you believe you need to be tested, make an appointment or schedule a tele-visit. We will screen you at the time of your visit and make sure you get the right test for your circumstances.

    Covid-19 Test, PCR tests

    We have two options. Option 1: Get a 20-minute rapid result test in-house (includes a $50 rush fee). Option 2: Get tested at Care First and have your results sent for processing by Quest Labs. The current turnaround time for results can be found on the Quest website.

    Covid-19 Test, Point-of-Care Antigen Test

    Our POC test is FDA authorized and is available to be administered at Care First Walk-In Clinic parking lot, we will have your results in 15 minutes. This test is administered using a nasal swab. In the event that we believe your test is a False Negative, you may be advised to advance to the Molecular Test option.

    Screening, April 2020

    Protecting the health of you and our staff is my #1 concern. If you believe you are at risk of being exposed to or having Covid-19, we are being advised to ask patients to stay home or stay in their vehicles and self-quarantine rather than enter the clinic. We can then advise you on the next best steps.

    Drive-up service, April 2020 - EXPIRED COVID-19 RESPONSE INITIATIVE

    If you would prefer not to come into the clinic, but don't feel comfortable with a Tele-Visit, our drive-up service is just for you! Stay in your car and our practitioners will come to you. Call to schedule or pull into our parking lot and call the office to let the staff inside know that you've arrived.

    Maintaining Quality Care, March 2020

    Many patients require ongoing medical attention. It is our hope that our patients do not stop care because they are worried about being exposed or don't want to "clog-up" the system. Please instead choose to schedule a tele-visit and continue to maintain quality care and overall health.
