Meet our Care First Crew at Your Hometown Health Center

    #puttingyourcarefirst

We believe in honest hometown healthcare. For us that means making healthcare accessible, supporting our community with the options they need and treating every patient with respect and compassionate care.

  • Back when we first opened our doors, there weren't many healthcare options in the area, and there were zero urgent care clinics. Kaela, always the fearless leader, had spent the previous ten years working in emergency rooms and trauma centers. Alongside her husband, an EMT with a decade of experience of his own, the two decided to take the leap and fill the healthcare gap in the Liberty Hill area.

What started as a dream between two emergency care providers has grown to become a home for multiple Nurse Practitioners and specialty care providers, expanding the scope of services for our patients to be your Hometown Health Center.
